Disappointed? Let’s Make It Right.

We’re passionate about our products and want you to be too! If something isn’t right with your order, we’re hope to make it right.

Return Eligibility:

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Thank you for supporting Seed to Soul’s mission. We appreciate your purchase. Except for the reasons stated below, all sales are final. We accept exchanges within 14 days of purchase for misprinted/damaged/defective item – including items with faulty printing, tears/holes, and/or a different size from what was ordered in unused condition with original tags and packaging. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you an exchange.

Stickers. Accessories: Hats and socks. Footwear: Sneakers, sandals, and flip-flops. Gift cards and all Downloadable products, courses, workshops, webinars, lessons, guides and digital content are all final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Our regular return policy might not cover items bought during special promotions. For these, reach out to us at support@seedtosoul.org with your order details and issues. Our team will review and get back to you promptly.

Shipping Returns:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
